Mehdi has been battling the severe beta thalassemia disease since the age of two. He continues his life with a blood transfusion twice a month. Despite this, the injections and drugs he takes cause mental and physical damage. To cure the disease, an amount of 93 thousand dollars is needed for transplantation (from an Israeli donor) in Turkey.
Currently, 15% has been collected, but the family needs the entire amount. The health of the child deteriorates over time. Every time he is injected with blood, his hands are pierced several times, his veins are very thin. It is necessary to support the baby in time until the condition worsens, without losing the donor.
All documents were provided to the Azerbaijan Children's Fund and verified.
